Institutions applying for AIAMT accreditation must comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility Criteria
The applying institution must be legally registered and recognized in its country of operation.
Programs seeking accreditation must fall within AIAMT’s core fields:

The institution must offer a curriculum aligned with international academic standards and demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement.
2. Documentation Requirements
Submission of a complete application form and accreditation request letter.
Provision of the following documents (in English or with certified translation):
Institutional registration certificate
Program curriculum and course syllabi
Faculty qualifications and academic profiles
Student assessment methods
Quality assurance and evaluation policies
Evidence of academic infrastructure (physical/online)
Previous accreditation or recognition (if any)
3. Evaluation and Site Review
AIAMT reserves the right to conduct an in-person or virtual site visit.
The institution must provide full access to facilities, administrative staff, and educational resources.
AIAMT may request interviews with faculty members, students, and administrative personnel.
4. Compliance with AIAMT Standards
Institutions must demonstrate compliance with AIAMT’s quality benchmarks related to:
Academic integrity
Curriculum innovation and relevance
Faculty development
Student support services
Ethical governance and institutional transparency
5. Accreditation Fees
Accreditation fees (evaluation, processing, and certification) are non-refundable.
Fee structure will be provided upon acceptance of the application.
Additional costs may apply for translation, site visits, or re-evaluation.
6. Validity and Renewal
Accreditation is valid for 3 to 5 years, based on program quality and institutional performance.
Institutions must apply for renewal at least 6 months prior to expiry.
Failure to renew on time may lead to revocation of accreditation.
7. Use of AIAMT Name and Logo
Accredited institutions are granted the right to use AIAMT’s logo and accreditation statement in marketing and academic materials.
Any misuse or misrepresentation will result in immediate termination of accreditation.
8. Monitoring and Reassessment
AIAMT reserves the right to conduct random audits or reviews during the accreditation period.
Institutions must submit annual reports detailing program updates, improvements, and outcomes.
9. Confidentiality and Data Protection
All submitted materials are treated confidentially.
AIAMT will not disclose proprietary or personal information to third parties without consent.
10. Termination and Appeals
AIAMT may revoke accreditation if:
False information is submitted
The program fails to maintain required standards
There is non-cooperation during audits or reviews
Institutions have the right to submit an appeal within 30 days of notification of rejection or revocation.
